The following was discussed but is not limited to: *Ensure hazards in the classroom are stored away before children arrive to the program, and *Ensure furniture is maintained in a clean condition. There were 3 staff files reviewed. 3 of the 3 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. | |||
