| Findings: When the Licensing Specialist arrived, a bottle of bleach and an apple corer was on the kitchen counter and the barrier between the kitchen and the children's area was not in place. An electrical socket was also not being used or capped. When the Director arrived around 10:10am, she secured all of the mentioned hazards even before they were pointed out to her or the other staff that were present during the morning. Therefore, this non-compliance was corrected on-site. | |||

| Findings: The Center only has two staff members that are trained in medication administration. One is a substitute and the other is the Owner/Director. There was no one on-site from the time of opening until approximately 10:10am when the Director arrived. There shall be at least one center employee present, whenever children are in care, who has completed medication administration training approved by the office. Please write a letter of correction stating how the Center will become in compliance with this regulation in the future. | |||
