| Findings: Center has not been using the proper dishwashing procedure. Center uses mostly single service items, but when reusable items have been used, the center has been washing, sanitizing, rinsing and then air drying. The approved manner approved by the Office requires washing, rinsing, sanitizing and then air drying. Licensing Specialist discussed proper dishwashing procedure and observed Agent using the proper procedure during inspection today. Agent discussed with staff as well. This has been corrected. Center is reminded that hand washing cannot be done in the same sinks as dishwashing. If Center is going to continue using the sinks to wash dishes, please remove the hand washing signs from those sinks and insure staff are only using the other approved hand washing sinks. | |||
