Date Type Regulations Status
2026-03-13 Mandatory Review 13A.16.05.08G(3) Corrected
Findings: Lic Spec observed the ventilation fan in the bathroom across from the 3's room not working today. LS thought the fan might be quiet, but when tested with tissue, there was no intake of air. Please have maintenance look at the fan and either repair it or replace it. Please send a written plan of correction to LS.
2026-03-13 Mandatory Review 13A.16.12.04F(3) Corrected
Findings: During the inspection today, during the 'child care' portion of the day, which is M, W and F from 12:30-2:30pm, the Licensing Specialist observed lunch. During the observation, the LS observed perishable items in several children's lunch boxes, to include drinkable yogurt, tube yogurt, deli meat, string cheese sticks and chicken nuggets. Since this part of the day falls under the child care center COMAR, and not the MSDE Education program regulations, all perishable food items must be refrigerated at a temperature of 40 degrees F or below. Ice packs and thermoses, which were observed in several lunch boxes, will not keep perishable items at that temperature, therefore, should not be used. Please send a written plan of correction to the LS addressing how this will be corrected.
2025-04-11 Full 13A.16.06.04A(1) Corrected
