I am an employee

Don’t work here. This employer does not pay employees on time or accurately. They make it up as they go along. The handbook it just questionable if you even get one. Classrooms never have enough teachers/staff. They hire employees to be lead teachers in classes with no credentials. State policies are often broken because children are in class rooms where their parents are the teacher, state ratio is adhered by to not enough staff, the fan in bathroom is broken and no window in bathroom, child are left unattended and wet especially those 3 and up. They are told to change themselves I can’t help. This is a swap meet bring your children, get hired and paid to teach your children. Currently one of the teachers has a open cps case, in which, cps came to school and removed child from the home from the daycare. They encourage teachers to come to work sick and tell them to suck it up. Two teachers were fired for sleeping on the job only after a parent caught them on camera.
