Findings: Based on Surveyor's, the Team Leader's and the Licensee's observations, the following unrelated items were found stored on the diapering counter: *Purple room- a plastic finger paint tray was stored near the diapering sink by the sink faucet. Dried paint was observed in the diapering sink drain. The staff acknowledged that she had washed the paint tray in the diapering sink; and * Orange room- A wet rag, an orange paint container and a sponge was stored on the diapering counter. Based on a review of the file for staff #2 (3 year old's teacher), the file contained documentation of the staff's high school diploma,a but lacked documention of at least 6 months of child care experience.
