I provide developmentally appropriate practices, specialize in developmental care and instruction for children. I develop, implement, and evaluate activity plans that conveys physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. I also ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children. I maintain continuous observation of the children to detect early signs of distress or abnormal behavior. I attend to the physical needs of children such as diapering, feeding and resting.
