| Findings: The entrance of the home has a full set of stairs that lead up to the living room. In the living room there is no actual wall along where the stairs lead up to it but it has a 3 foot railing along this area. The slats are 3 and 3/8 inches apart, this creates concerns for entrapment. Because the railing is only 3 feet tall there is also risk of a child being able to climb over.
