| Findings: The complaint submitted pictures of an infant sleeping in the bassinet portion of a pack n play with a blanket next to the infant. The provider removed the bassinet portions from the pack n plays. She has 2 five-month-old children in care. One parent requested the extra pad because of the harder pack n play surface. The provider now has the pack n plays with only the original bottom and no accessories. She will continue to utilized the pack n plays in this way. | Findings: The complainant submitted a picture of children sitting on the floor watching television. At the time of the licensing specialist's arrival, the preschool children were watching a movie. The provider stated that the children watch a movie on Fridays after circle time. She was reminded that children two years and older can only have 30 minutes of passive technology viewing per week. The movie on Friday would exceed that limit each week. She stated the children do not do screen time any other time during the week. It was explained that there can be exceptions to the 30 minute screen time such as a holiday movie but this has to be sporadic and not weekly. There was Clorox wipes on a shelf by the television and Lysol spray on the floor under an adult chair. Both items were moved to the top of the cubbies which is out of the children's reach.
