BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. 3 of 3 fingerprint clearance cards were verified as valid via the DPS website during the inspection. The following was discussed, but is not limited to: *Ensure 6 inches of resilient surfacing is maintained in the rock wall fall zones, *Ensure Kinder Prep information is posted on the main posting board, *Ensure children younger than 5 years old do not use the play structure, and *Ensure staff files are complete.
