Findings: Per allegation and based on direct observation, Surveyor 2 observed that the driver (Director) of the facility van endangered the health and safety of a child when she was pulling away from the unloading area before the child was inside the school gate. The child exited the van and walked along the fence line to the gate as the van was pulling out of the line of cars to exit the school. Surveyor 2 recorded the incident for documentation.
