Findings: Based on staff statements the Surveyor and Team Leader noted that the facility has had more than 92 children signed in and present on several occasions. The overall capacity of the facility is limited at 92 based on square footage of the MPR.

Findings: The Surveyor noted the following during the Initial Licensure inspection: -A building evacuation plan was not posted near two exits leading to the interior hallway from the MPR, nor was there a map posted at the doorway leading from the MPR to the small playground.
