I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Very clean facility and excellent teachers. Director is amazing and I trust her judgement and love for my child

Welcome to Kiddie Kare where your child's success and safety is our number one priority!! We have a passion for childcare, learning and ensuring children who participate in our program are ready for kindergarten. We have an experienced staff, whom are passionate about teaching. We use a variety of different education and learning techniques to accommodate the needs of each child. Call us or stop by to learn more about what we have to offer.

Operator has not scheduled and obtained a fire inspection within 12 months of the previous inspection. Operator did not submit the original approved report to DCDEE within one week of the inspection visit on a form provided by the Division. The facility was due for their annual inspection no later than February 4, 2023.

The outdoor premises were not clean, drained and free of litter and hazardous materials grass and other vegetation in a manner which does not encourage vermin. There were multiple piles of leaves and overgrown vegetation observed on the playground.

Leftover medicines were not returned to the parent after the course of treatment was completed, after authorization was withdrawn or after authorization had expired and/or medication was not discarded within 72 hours of completion of treatment or withdrawal of authorization. There were five medications present in the medication box that were not returned/discarded after the course of treatment was complete. These items were removed and discarded.

Plastic bags, materials that could be torn apart and toy parts small enough to be swallowed were accessible to children under three years of age. There were foam blocks with teeth prints present in the Toddler/Twos class. They were removed and made unaccessible.
