| Findings: Licensing Specialist is here today for an unannounced monitoring inspection and a full inspection. The provider has been on a compliance agreement since 2007 due to overcapacity of children under 2. When this Licensing Specialist arrived at the provider's home today, she was present with 7 child care children, including three children under the age of 2. These children are 2.5 months, 7 months and 23.5 months old. Provider stated she was 'told by other providers' that she could have a child who was over 18 months and that child wouldn't count as a child under 2 and that's why she took the other baby. Provider called parent to pick up the 7 month old. LS also spoke with this parent and explained why the child needed to be picked up and why the provider could not have more than 2 children under the age of 2 in care at any one time. The 7 month old child has only been in care this week, per his attendance sheet.
