Findings: Provider has an inground pool on the property. The pool was covered today and is closed for the season. The fence surrounding the pool is 6 feet high. The gate was unlatched when LS went outside to check the pool area. LS did assess that the gate does self close and self latch properly. LS closed and latched the gate and locked the gate lock. This has been corrected. Provider is reminded to check that the gate is closed and the lock is locked every day during child care hours. | |||

Victoria is a nice person at times but she can be nasty. She also favors some of the kids there which is not professional. She is lazy at time. She is very picky on what kids wear or what they eat/pack. She does make snotty comments to some of the kids. She acts like she doesn’t want to work with the parents and charges for ridiculous things.
