| Findings: During a review of children's records, it was found that 15 month old JP does not have a record of having had his blood lead test at 12 months. Provider contacted the mother during the inspection. The mother reported that she has the results of the blood lead test and will email it to the Provider tonight. JP is also behind on his immunizations because he was sick at the time of his regularly scheduled one year well child visit. He is now scheduled for his well visit tomorrow, 12/07/2022. The Provider will obtain his immunization record and blood lead test results and place it in his child care file. Please send the updated immunizations and the results of the blood lead test to OCC for the correction of this non-compliance. | |||

| Findings: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist measured the fence surrounding the pool. The portion of the white fence that runs from the left side of the home and down the left side behind the shed does not meet the requirement of 4 feet in height. Provider reported that it was four foot in height when installed. It is most likely that the fence has settled. Please modify the fence so that the entire fence surrounding the pool is at least four foot in height. Provider can also add a barrier to the fence in order to make it at least four foot in height. | |||
