The providers weren't sure if the family was going to stay or not as they do still have an apartment in NYC. The couple is actively seeking another residence in the area. The family is expected to move out as soon as they find another place to live. The provider has also added another pet-a dog who moved into the house in September. The providers are no longer using the basement bedroom, which was until the new residents moved in, approved space. This space couldn't be inspected today. The registration is to be revised to remove this downstairs room as approved space. The providers didn't report theses changes to the OCC.
