Findings: A previous resident moved back into the FCC home in September and the OCC wasn't notified until arriving today. DS moved into the FCC in September. The OCC was notified today. Lic. Spec rec'd DS's release and medical today. The OCC has DS's CBC. The OCC wasn't notified of the new resident immediately, as required but Lic. Spec. was notified on site thereby correcting the non-compliance. The providers have also stopped using previously approved child care space. The room off of the main child care room has been off limits since about August 21, according to the providers. The Lic. Spec. wasn't made aware of this change until arriving today. Please notify Lic. Spec. immediately of changes. Please notify the OCC immediately of any changes that may effect the registration. |
