Findings: While inspecting Classroom A., the Team Leader and Surveyor observed a bag that contained a child's medication on the hook located next to the door that leads to the playground. According to the Director, the medication is kept on that hook when the children are outside but is intended to be stored in a locked cabinet when they come back indoors. The children were in the classroom while the Team Leader and Surveyor inspected the classroom.
