Due to Covid 19 registrations were done virtually this summer. Although the Operator signed the documents electronically the signature did not print out on some of the agreements, likewise there were some issues with parent and guardian signatures not printing as well. The Operator signed child 1 and 2's agreements as well as any others on site that may have been missing a signature, and had the parent sign child 3's agreement. In the future all agreements will be checked at the time of registration or in this case virtual print to be sure all information including signatures are on the forms, if any information is missing the staff will immediately remedy the issue.

The program has a trifold board which holds all of the pertinent parent information documents such as the certificate of compliance, DHS regulations, and the phone number for certification. The trifold board was brought back out and placed on the side of the storage closet so that it could be seen by families but not blown over by the wind when the door opens. We will make sure the trifold board remains open and available for families to see at all times when the program in in operation.

The staff brought the trifold board back out and opened it and placed it next to the storage closet so that it could remain open and available for families to see and safe from the wind. The trifold board will remain open and in this safe location during all hours of program operation.

The students were regrouped appropriately moving two of the younger schoolage students into the preschool group so that staff member #2 had 9 students and staff member#1 had 12 students. We met with the team to review supervision practices. Each team member now has and will continue to have in the future a marker board they right the names of their group on so that if anyone needs to assume students throughout the session they are easily accounted for by the remaining onsite staff members.
