Founded in 1967 as a division of Gerber Products Corporation, Childtime has grown to a network of more than 250 locations. Enrolled children were observed chasing each other around the room. Another enrolled child was observed rolling on the floor. 3 enrolled children were seen climbing on top of the shelves. While this was occurring, the staff member was sitting down at the table with the 2 enrolled children in the back of the room unaware of the enrolled children's actions.

Findings: Based on Surveyor #2's observations, the bathrooms located in the 1's, 4's, and Preschool classrooms, there was a ring of brown/yellow substance around the inside of the toilet bowl. In the 1's bathroom, the base of the toilet had a build up of dried urine and a brown substance on the wall next to the toilet. In the Preschool bathroom, there was build up of a brown/black substance on the metal access cover on the wall next to the toilet.
