Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) Fence post cap was replaced at time of inspection. Additional hardware was used to secure loose piece of aluminum siding below the window in the outdoor play area. All ceiling vents were cleaned and then checked to ensure all dirt was removed. |
