Licensing observed three (3) 1 year-olds asleep in their pack-n-play with no staff in the room. The half door to the classroom was open to the 2 year old classroom where snacks were being served. A staff was observed to be approximately by the 1st and 2nd high chairs in the 2 year old classroom. (High chairs are in a row in front of the 1 year old door way.) Staff and director reported staff was placing child in high chair for snack as the other children were sleeping.
