My grandson has returned to his home with unexplained facial bumps. Rather than tell mom what happened, they offered no explanation. He has returned with scratches, red marks and a knot. I know he is a toddler and so falls a lot but I would really like to know how he received the injuries and not have to find the ones under his clothes at bath time.
