Substantiated Complaints
Plan: Staff in room with children was there waiting for the teacher to arrive back after break. When the auditor arrived, she walked up from (children were sleeping & you can see the front door from the room), about 40 feet, to great him. He said she had left the room unattended (which she did) when she came up. We had had several staff meetings going over DHS rules as well as Care-A-Lot policy and procedures. Under no circumstances do staff ever leave the room unattended.
Description: Staff/Child ratios- Reported that a room of children were unsupervised.

Substantiated Complaints
Plan: The Child had waken up earlier than the other children and the teacher had picked up the child to comfort him and was sitting in the door way with the door open. We have had a staff meeting with all teachers stating that they have to be "inside the room" with the child at all times. Make plans ahead if a child should awake early to calm them.
Description: Supervision- Reported that a child was asleep outside of two year old classroom.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Awful place. They have 1 teacher for about 20 kids. They don't potty train or change the babies diapers. They do no learning of any kind and the staff was rude. I quit my job because it was safer keeping me kids out of there
