Had a conversation with the director in May about my child being absent for most of the summer but for one week, director said that was fine. Then the week of the summer I needed childcare came and I contacted the directer to let her know where she’s informed me that when had kicked my daughter out for not being in attendance and because money is more important to her than her loyal customers. She claims we did not have a conversation at all. I did not get a call to inform me that mt daughter was kicked out, I didn’t not even get a Facebook message or email. NO ONE contacted me to tell me what was going on or to even ask me to come pick up my daughters favorite blanket and her clothes. I felt extremely disrespected. This company does not care about their customers.
