Save yourself the trouble & do not enroll your child/children here! Staff working here act like the children they care for. When you walk through the front door you can hear staff yelling at children. The illnesses that went around this place they failed to report, even after it left child hospitalized! It’s dirty, smells & they can’t keep staff. It’s bad when a parent has to educate staff on PA Mandated Reporter Laws. Their negligence is disgraceful! They released children into the care of someone not on emergency contact list or designated pick up form & didn’t check or ask for Identification. They failed to provide explanation of how an 11month old busted his bottom lip open. Of course nobody knows what or how it happened. They consistently lose items then hide behind “we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.” Summer Camp consists of children running around in a parking lot, nothing educational, no field trips or summer activities. On several occasions I was late to work due to staff failing to tell me diapers, wipes, formula etc were needed in a proper time frame. Thankfully, our time on a waiting list was up for a good quality child care center near by. I can see why owner Tim Norris stated he has a hard time managing this center due to staff.

The summer camp program at the linglestown location is horrible. Bullying is rampant. Parents beware
