I am the owner

Thanks for the review. I have communicated with you on several occasions and have seen you frequently. When I informed you of your rights as a parent, and nothing more, you became a little upset and removed your children. That's your choice as a consumer. Reviews are supposed to be of honest experiences. This is not very Honest Keisha. I am glad to know that Apple Tree is still on your mind. Thank you for your patronage.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Do not send your precious little one to this facility.... The staff are all young and change so frequently you don't even know who's who. They have mats for the kids to sleep on however, they allow the kids to sleep FACE DOWN on the nasty dirty floor that everyone walks on instead. The owner is MIA..never there, and never accessible. The staff doesn't really care about the children and it shows. That have no professionalism at all. And its not the employees fault...it's the owner's! For not taking any pride in her own establishment (the chosen employees, the way the facility is ran)... I wouldn't send my kid or any kid I know to this place....nobody cares.

Just because you CAN open up a daycare..doesn't mean you SHOULD... Especially if you don't even care much about it. Taking both of my kids out...today!! Telling everyone I know not to patronage this daycare
