I am the grandma of a 2 year old that's in this facility. I'm very impressed with this daycare, however, it does need lots of improvements. Yes, the staff is constantly late, air or heat isn't turned on until the children arrive. Nevertheless, I'm impressed with my granddaughter's learning in this daycare.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Staff is always late opening; owner not available to clients unless a staff member transfers the call to a business line which the owner says automatically transfers to her personally at 3pm daily; we were told we have to bring our own toy for the baby to play with; no educational engagement; the children sleep in chairs during their 3 hour naps; staff are not engaged with the children during their time awake; the heat is not turned on until the first child arrives daily; the owner makes senseless excuses for her staff.
