I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Very unresponsible they left my cousin baby in a park last year.I will not recommend them.

2022-09-08 Violation 3A:52-5.3(q)(2)(iii) Ensure that the center complies with the licensed capacity of the classrooms at all times throughout the center. At the time of the inspection there were 13 children in room 4 when the room is only licensed for 9. The center is to submit a plan of action to OOL to meet the centers room capacities. - Space and room requirements are as follows: at no time shall a center operate in violation of the written conditions on its license or Certificate of Life/Safety Approval including, but not limited to, capacity or age restrictions for specific classrooms.

At the time of the inspection there were 13 children in room 4 with 1 teacher when 2 were required, 1 teacher walked out of the room leaving the classroom out of ratio. 2022-09-08 Violation 3A:52-6.3(a)(4) Ensure that food provided by the center is stored, prepared and served in a sanitary manner. At the time of the inspection the centers hot lunch was sitting out on the tables for an extended period of time. The center needs to retrain all staff in food handleing and submit to OOL. Technical assistance was given. - All centers shall comply with the following requirements, if the center provides food, the center shall ensure that the food is stored, prepared, and served in a sanitary manner.
2022-09-08 Violation 3A:52-6.3(b)(3)(vi) Ensure that age and developmentally appropriate seating is provided for all children who no longer need to be held for feeding. - For early childhood programs, the following shall apply, feeding requirements for centers serving children less than 18 months of age are as follows: a child who, because of age or developmental readiness, no longer needs to be held for feeding shall be provided with an infant seat, high chair with safety strap, or other age-appropriate seating apparatus, which meets the standards of a recognized safety organization (such as the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, the American Society for Testing and Materials, or the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission).
2022-09-08 Violation 3A:52-6.1(g)(2)(iii) Ensure that children are provided opportunities to leave their sleeping equipment to crawl, walk and play. At the time of the inspection 2 children in the infant room were sleeping in a bouncy seat. The center is to provide retraining for all staff in safe sleep practices and submit to OOL. Technical assistance was given. - For early childhood programs, the following shall apply: centers serving children less than 18 months of age shall provide at least four types of children's daily activities including, but not limited to, sensory; language and dramatic play; manipulative; building; large muscle; music; or other comparable activities; and at least four types of supplies and equipment for each activity area chosen by the center. Staff members shall provide all children who are developmentally able with opportunities to leave their cribs, playpens or other Office of Licensing-approved sleeping equipment to crawl, toddle, walk, and play.
