Alright look, it shocked me when I read the information on this site. I have trusted my children to Cozy Casa two different periods of time. While it's true the place could use a handyman, at no point in time have I experienced any reason to rate them less than 5 stars. My children attended several other daycares previous to Cozy Casa, including the most expensive. My wife and I were so disturbed by our experiences, we gave up for a while and kept the kids home. When it became necessary, we shopped around. I was impressed by Cozy Casa from the start. Every room smelled clean during our initial visit, we decided to take a chance and enroll our three small children. Not once, have I regretted it. My children have never come home with diaper rash, which was an issue everywhere else. I have been so pleased with their service, I tried to give the staff money to buy them all lunch. They wouldn't accept it. My children have absolutely flourished under their care. Literally, words cannot express how thankful we are to have found this diamond in the ruff...or whatever. Any bad reviews this place gets, are probably from bad parents who got mad when confronted concerning issues with their children. Cozy Casa has gone the extra mile for my family, consistently. I have never bothered to write a review, in my life. After seeing this website, I felt the need to change that. I completely endorse this facility for your children, as well as mine.
If I could choose 0 stars I would ... I know a few kids who go here and here's what they tell me
1. They get hit
2. They get threatened (the teacher specifically said , I'm going to kick your a**)
3. And they get insulted! (Mis. Lola called me a stupid a** today mom)
This mis. Lola has been reported and is still working there and treating these kids exactly the same .. The parents of these kids that I know are changing daycares asap.
If your a smart parent don't not take your child here
