Our mission is to provide an outstanding, Christian preschool program with extended hours, using our academic, multi-experiential curriculum in a safe, clean environment, developing children from 4 weeks to 12 years into their full potential, while providing friendly customer service to families from Tucson and the surrounding area. | Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Annual Compliance Inspection conducted on January 26, 2026, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. A full inspection was conducted at this time. 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. Please complete the Plan of Corrections via the LMS Portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. The Empower Survey was emailed to the facility. The Emergency Disaster Contact Form was updated at the time of the inspection. The following was discussed, but not limited to: - Change diapers for toilet-training children using the designated diapering table, and dispose of soiled diapers in the appropriate trash receptacle. - The wooden playground structure is deteriorating, with peeling surfaces observed. It is recommended that repairs be completed to prevent potential safety hazards. - Ensure the playground area is free of trash before and after children use the space. | |||
