Great center with great staff clean and will managed we love LLCDC our kids have grown and learned so much from being there we are going on year 3 keep up the good work ladies

My son started attending Little Learning in 2019 and I can't say nothing but good things about the program. The school is always so clean, the teachers are so caring and friendly, they do some much with the kids throughout the year, and it truly feels like a real school environment. Before signing up my child, I looked at so many centers. They were dirty, the kids did nothing all day but play, or the price was just too much for my family to be able to afford.We love Little Learners!

At first we were very impressed and pleased with our experience there. The class size was small and our son seemed to be improving with his speech. One night when I was changing him, I noticed a bite to his abdomen, which nobody told me about. That night I texted the director, Dawn who said she would review her cameras and speak to the teacher (who is her daughter). Of course die to snow days and things the next time he was in to the school was a week later. The follow up was that's nobody reported him being bitten. I let it go b/c he was doing well and 'kids will be kids.' I didn't feel the need to make a big thing out this. As time went on, I noticed that when he was being physical with other kids I would hear about it right away. When he would get bitten or have a bruise/scratch caused by another kid I wouldn't hear about it. Also as time went on I noticed that the teachers were not reallly hands on. They would often be at their desks cutting out paper or cleaning. They would often talk across the room at the children rather than get on their level and speak directly to them. For anyone that understands children, you can't do that. To add to this, YESTERDAY when I went to pick my son up there was was 1 teacher to about 15 kids, of varying ages. This is completely against regulations. I felt bad for the teacher b/c she looked stressed out and unhappy. I tried to bring this up with the director this morning. However due to her poor attitude and condescending tone, I took my child and left. They have a policy of writing up children for their behavior. The language they use to describe a two year old's behavior is very strong. Needless to say, he will not be returning. At first glance this day care is clean and bright and full on artwork done by the kids. But after a while you will see that most of the teachers are not warm and friendly. They are not genuine. The only person there who I felt any warmth or genuine-ness is Ms. Nicole. If you are considering this daycare please give it a second thought.
