Without exception, the staff at TLE Hackensack have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they have demonstrated genuine affection for our son and an appreciation for our family.

We enrolled our son as an infant when maternity leave came to an end. As first-time parents, the decision to leave our son in someone else's care was not an easy one. We had numerous learning centers from which to choose, and were very critical of the options. We chose TLE Hackensack because of the quality of the staff and the good feeling we had upon talking with Ms. Monica (the Center Director), visiting the location, meeting with Mr. Mike (the husband in the husband-wife operation), and observing the teachers. ...and we are so glad that we chose TLE Hackensack to be our son's first exposure to school!

The teachers - especially Ms. Lorena, Ms. Rebecca, and Ms. Gaby - certainly set the bar high for all of his future teachers. They taught and cared for our son with a perfect balance of mind and heart. The front desk staff - especially Ms. Monica, Ms. Stacy, and Ms. Breanne - always greeted us with enthusiasm and smiles, and they handled both simple and complicated situations (e.g. sickness of a child in the class) with professionalism, kindness, and an appropriate amount of sensitivity. All of the teachers - even ones that we the parents had not met personally - knew our son and would greet him exuberantly by name in the hall. Our son's dancing feet and giant smile upon arrival to TLE Hackensack each morning reassured us as parents that he felt safe and loved by everyone there. ...and, hence, so did we.

We wholeheartedly endorse TLE Hackensack. We hope that wherever life takes our family we are able to find a school for our son that provides the quality of teachers and staff that we are so grateful to have found at TLE Hackensack.
