Violation Observed: Based on a complaint, ensure that the center is free of infestations and maintain documentation on file. The center had an ant infestation in one classroom. The center took immediate action and relocated the children and engaged their contracted pesticide treatment company for services. The children remained in the secondary location until the area was treated and deemed safe/useable for the children. Due to the center's immediate actions, the violation is cited and abated.
