I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has attended this daycare since she was about 3 years old, so we are going on 7 yrs strong. The owners and the workers are kind, professional, and down to earth. We haven't had any issues with the workers or the services.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

There is no security walking into this facility. You can literally walk right in and half the time no one is in the front. No locks on classroom doors. Anyone can walk in this facility. I hated knowing my child did not have the proper security. Owner is rude. Grass was never cut outdoors. Nothing but weeds and dirt and no shelter from the sun. My child was always filthy when I picked him up. Ms Becky was terrible. She yelled constantly. Told 2 and 3 year olds to sit down and get out of her face. No one ever paid attention to how she treated the little ones. She literally sat and yelled the whole time. Many issues with teachers but they ended up leaving while my child was there. They were not paying attention to the children. Often I would walk in and they would be on their phones behind the door. The owner always took up for his staff over issues with my child. Terrible place. A few good teachers who actually cared. The rest were absolutely terrible.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My two children having been going here for such a long time and I couldn't imagine the owner being rude or unprofessional. They are wonderful owners who truly care about the children and the parents. They have done excellent things with my kids and I would never take them any where else. The kids have a blast by doing crafts and field trips. We love it

The owner is VERY VERY unprofessional and rude. They are always moving the kids from class to class. Also don't use there card machine to pay for your daycare it is horrible. It takes the money out of your bank and then he says it doesn't go through but it actually does.
