I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has been at LeGrande since the Nursery and we love it there. The staff are very friendly and nurturing with the children and you can tell they truly love the children in their care.

I am an employee

as a precious employee, this daycare is not a daycare I would recommend to a parent. The kids do not go on field trips, they do not do anything outside of these walls other than the play ground, they owner is very rude and the director is horrible. The director will scream at you infront of the children, they give don't give you the hours that they say when you get hired on. They will cut your hours and give it to there favorite people and let them get 9 hours a day. Which is super unfair. If you tell me I'm going to have set hours and work this and that and I decide to take your job offer instead of someone else's, I expect to get those hours. I also think it's ridiculous that I take care of children all day long, feed them, change them, and Bunch of other crud to only get paid minimum wage. They yell at the kids. Yank them up. Cuss at them. Threaten them. I had one tell the kid she would rip his face off. This place is horrible to the employees and the kids.
