About the Provider
There are approximately 400 students currently enrolled at Oakwood in grades Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade. Each child at Oakwood learns alongside students from a variety of cultural backgrounds representing various countries.
We strive to ensure a safe learning environment for all staff and students by maintaining an updated safety plan and through character development of our students.
Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. For those students who ride with parents we ask that they arrive at school no earlier than 8:00 a.m. unless they plan to attend the Community Schools Program. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria beginning at 8:00 a.m.
The school day ends at 3:00 p.m. Car riders are dismissed first. Car riders are to be picked up by 3:20 p.m. Bus riders are dismissed to the different bus rooms until their bus arrives.
