Description: WCCA - HILLANDALE CHILDREN'S CENTER is a Five Star Center License in EAST FLAT ROCK NC, with a maximum capacity of 18 children. This child care center helps with children in the age range of 3 through 5. The provider does not participate in a subsidized child care program.

The administrator went over to the child to talk them down off of the shelf safely and when the administrator stepped away, the child proceeded to climb the shelf, stand on top of the shelf, and jump off again.
