Child was handled roughly. Per video observations from 7/21/23 at approximately 4:08pm on playground space #1, a teacher placed her hands and arms up in front of her to prevent an upset child from running into her. The hands and arms of the teacher continued to go forward as the child was approaching and the teacher pushed the child to the ground.

Each new employee did not complete, within the first two weeks of employment, six clock hours of training in required topic areas. Two staff that began employment on 6/5/23 did not have any documentation of orientation within the first two weeks of employment. Refer to the staff and training worksheets.
