Description: Afternoon Playgroup ("PMPG")and the room in which the program occurs has met the necessary state licensing standards foropening and must comply with regulations set by the NC State Department of Health and Human Services. The after school child care program is open only to students enrolled in Miss Julie'smulti-age (morning) preschool class (effective 3/17/06). However, school-age children enrolled at MCCS (kindergarten and up) may also attend PMPG.Miss Julie's classis a multi-age class serving ages 3, 4 and 5 (students must turn 3 by March 16). At noon, Ms. Cheryl Stahl, theLead Teacherin PMPG, takes over andis in charge of the day-to-day operation of the afterschool program(childcare) along with other experienced and trained support staff familiar with MCCS children.
