| Findings: Discussed regulation with Provider. Notified her of the need for a six foot fall zone for climbing equipment and educated her about entrapment issues. Provider needs to add vertical beams on the stairs of the playset which are less than 3 1/2 inches apart or enclose it completely. Entrapment can become an issue when there is a gap between 3 1/2 inches and 9 inches. Please alleviate the opening on the sides of the stairs and the openings between each step of the set of stairs (which are currently 4 inches apart). Please discuss ideas with Licensing Specialist before making changes to ensure compliance before modification. | |||
