| Findings: The pool fencing and gates were measured and multiple pictures were made. A copy of the measurements were left with the provider on Additional Comment page. There were some areas of the pool sides that measured over 4 feet tall. Discussed that any of the areas over 4 ft. tall were not required to have additional fencing. The main areas of concern are the self-closing, self-latching hardware that does not operate properly. There are padlocks for these latches; however , they were not in use at time of inspection.
