This can allow the children to crawl under the lattice and access the pool there. The provider also has a chain link fence around the pool but it is about 1-2 inches shy of being 4ft tall and the gate to the chain link fence is not self-closing and self-latching. It does have a lock on it though. The provider needs to repair the decking which would then close the access to the pool or add more lattice from what is on the side at this area of the pool down to the ground thus making it so the children can't go under the lattice and access the pool. | |||
