I absolutely loved this job and the kids. I was proud taking care of my little bunch even more then their parents!! But I got terminated to be shown as a example from the boss because of something petty that happened a month ago in which she was aware and fine about and now she starts these “write ups” and “terminations”. In which I’ve been working for 3+ years theirs not point system there or anything but the first paper I got was a termination I’m very disappointed at the lack of leadership. All these excuses saying “I shouldn’t have to tell you your job or what you do wrong because you should know” is the reason why everyone kept doing whatever is it there doing that she didn’t like if SOMEBODY OS DOING SOMETHING WRONG ADDRESS IT. Nobody is a mind reader! From the attitude because the boss doesn’t know where HER employee so takes it out on me? I just recently had a house fire last month knowing I need to save every penny and she fires me ?????????? I guess their not family people at all very disappointed. She’s also stated this business isn’t in her 5-10 years plan because she starting another business, her heart just isn’t there how it used to.
