Upon identification of this concern, the feeding schedules for all infants were immedeiately reviewed with staff to ensure clarity and understanding of required feeding intervals. Staff Person #1 was counseled on the importance of following each child's individual feeding schedule and accurately documenting all bottles provided. Infant schedules are now reviewed at the start of each shift and kept readily available in classroom. Staff are required to use a designated tracking system including a posted schedule for each child and a whiteboard to monitor bottle times and ensure bottles are offered within required timeframes.
