Findings: Based on the Surveyors' observations, in the 1's and 2's room (room 4), there was an outlet face on the south wall that was not secured to the wall. In the 1's room (room 6), near the middle ceiling air vent the paint was peeling in large chunks. In the infant room, there was peeling tape on the baseboards. *Previously cited on 3/23/2020 and 1/02/2020.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I love TLC center especially Ms. Monica and Ms. Anna and the owner who is awesome!! I am grateful to GOD for this place :)!!

This daycare is amazing... the owner is as sweet as pie... and the head teacher Anna is amaze. The daycare always smells amazing and sanitized. The staff is always sweet. My kids love it and I do as well.
