Description: In September 2000, the Division of Child Development issued star rated licenses to all eligible child care centers. Facilities can receive one to five stars.
Accordingly, State Line Children's World began implementing new structure standards and curriculums. Encouraged staff to go back to college and obtain a higher level of education in early childhood. Because of our rigorous preparation in 2006 State Line Children's World chose to voluntarily apply for the advanced licensure through DCD.
In December 2006, State Line Children's World obtained five stars, which is the highest rated license issued by DCD.
This process included a consultative visit from the Division of Child Development who evaluates State Line Children's World with three quality components: Staff Education, Program Standards and Compliance History. Our license and high reflecting our award-winning service are displayed in each of our classrooms. The star rated license acts as a roadmap for our center to follow as we seek to provide continued quality enrichment and individual care for each of our students.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
