| Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the time of the Initial Compliance Inspection conducted on 07/08/2026, and is subject to changes pending programmatic review. A paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Emergency Disaster Contact form was provided at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 6 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed, but not limited to: *Criminal History Affidavit will include the address of the facility *Documentation of 2 good-faith references will be available for each staff before the starting date of employment *Diaper handwashing sinks are not permitted to have a grate in the sink basin *Soiled diaper container will remain inaccessible to enrolled children *Shade will be provided in the Outdoor Garden area *Outdoor climber approved for children aged 2 and above *First Aid kit will not include burn cream or antibiotic ointment *Emergency Record Cards will include the parent's email address *Employees will complete the new employee training within 10 days of the starting date of employment *Staff will document 24 hours of annual training | |||
