Description: Welcome to S. Ray Lowder Elementary School. Our school is located in the Crestview neighborhood at 350 Kennedy Drive. This Pre Kindergarten through third grade school is fortunate to have a Title 1 Pre-K class of four year old students. S. Ray Lowder has been recognized by the North Carolina Dept. of Public Instruction as an "Exemplar" PBIS school. At S. Ray Lowder our motto is "Committed to Excellence." Our faculty, students, support staff, and parents work together to make this motto a reality. As you visit our school, you will see evidence of our commitment to excellence within all of our classrooms.
