| Linens were not changed when they became soiled or wet. In space #3/4, the linen on one child's sleeping mat became soiled with food particles. The Teacher returned the mat to the storage mat cart, with the soiled linen still attached. Once confronted by the Child Care Consultant, the Teacher removed the soiled linen from the mat to be laundered and sanitized the mat during the visit. | |||
